Returns
Because our products are made-to-order and often personalised, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or custom design preferences.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to offer a solution—whether that’s a replacement, repair, or partial refund, depending on the issue.
How to Report an Issue
To start a return or refund inquiry, please email us at info@cadabra-creative.co.uk with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defects
We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve all issues promptly.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
Exchanges
As each item is custom made, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Please double-check sizing and personalisation details before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to guide you.

Order Processing
At Cadabra Creative, each item is made to order with love and care. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to design, print, and prepare your order for dispatch. During peak times or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the UK and offer international shipping to selected countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on location)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website and social channels.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). For made-to-order items, tracking becomes active once the package is collected by the courier.
Shipping Providers
We use reliable delivery partners such as Royal Mail, DPD and Evri for domestic orders, and various international couriers for global deliveries.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders placed outside the UK, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@cadabra-creative.co.uk. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Any undeliverable orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
